Be it a proposed Conservatory, Extension Sun Lounge, Log Cabin, you may need to apply for Planning Permission. Such being the case you will need to supply architectural drawings for your proposed project.

I can supply the drawings for such a project at a fraction of the cost charged by Chartered Architects.

In most cases I am able to undertake the the planning application process, at additional cost, should you require this service.

Charges for my services start from as little as £250.00. (6 Copies)

Ordnance survey maps are supplied at a cost of £50.00 Site Plans & £50.00 for Block Plans (6 copies)

All drawings are completed within seven days of initial visit and payment is only due once the drawings are submitted to you in full.
